Lafeme brings hotel-grade bathroom comfort to Australian homes. The range spans fully integrated smart toilets and retrofit bidet seats, so you can step up to warm water washing whether you're building new, renovating, or simply upgrading the toilet you already have. 2Magpies stocks the full Lafeme range and ships Australia-wide from Perth.
Smart toilets
A Lafeme smart toilet replaces your existing suite entirely, combining the pan, seat and washing functions in one unit. Across the range you'll find rimless bowls for easier cleaning, heated seats, warm water washing with adjustable temperature, warm air drying, night lighting and soft-close seats.
Choose the configuration that suits your bathroom:
Cisternless — the Neovanta, a Red Dot Design Award winner, with no visible cistern for the cleanest possible look.
In-wall cistern, floor pan — the Crawford and AutoLux, where the cistern hides inside the wall while the pan stays floor-mounted. Flexible plumbing makes these a practical retrofit.
In-wall cistern, wall hung — the Sesto, lifting the pan clear of the floor so you can mop straight underneath and gain visual space in a smaller bathroom.
In-wall models come with a choice of flush plate finishes including brushed bronze, brushed nickel, brushed gold, matte black and matte white, so the visible hardware can match your tapware.
Bidet seats
If you aren't ready to replace the whole toilet, a Lafeme bidet seat fits onto most standard pans and delivers the same core benefit for a fraction of the cost.
Electric bidet seats — the Thea and Catania models, adding heated seating, warm water washing and warm air drying. These require a nearby power point.
Manual bidet seats — the Una and Vera models, offering posterior and feminine wash with no electrical connection at all. Ideal for rentals, powder rooms, or any bathroom without a convenient power outlet.
Choosing between a smart toilet and a bidet seat
A smart toilet is the right choice when you're already replacing the pan, when you want the cistern concealed, or when you want every function integrated into a single designed unit. A bidet seat makes more sense when the existing toilet is in good condition, when you're renting, or when you want to try warm water washing before committing to a full replacement.
Power access is usually the deciding factor for bidet seats. If there's no power point within reach of the toilet and adding one isn't practical, a manual seat is the straightforward answer.
Installation and plumbing
Smart toilets and electric bidet seats require both water connection and a power supply, and should be installed by a licensed plumber. In-wall cistern models need the cistern frame set into the wall, which is best planned during a renovation rather than retrofitted into finished tiling. Manual bidet seats are a simple water-connection-only fit.
