You can return items within 30 days of delivery or collection. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, intact packaging, ready for resale. Before we approve a return, you’ll need to send proof of purchase and photos of the packaging and contents. Most returns go to our Perth warehouse. For some brands, such as Oliveri, the return goes to the supplier’s warehouse instead, and we’ll tell you where when we approve it. Return shipping is at your cost. Yes we deliver Australia wide for almost all our products using external couriers. In some cases, extra large mirrors can only be delivered to Perth Metro premises.
If no one's home to receive your delivery, the couriers will leave in a safe place.
Delivery is dependent of a few aspects such as location and the day you order. Stocked items typically will be 5-10 business days and non-stocked 10-18 business days.

Yes. All kitchen and bathroom products carry a minimum 12-month warranty, and many brands offer longer manufacturer warranties. If you think a product is faulty, contact us before uninstalling it, because we can often fix the problem with advice or a replacement part. Keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
