At 2magpies, we make getting your orders as seamless and transparent as possible. We ship all over Australia, including local Perth deliveries, with flexible options and dependable fulfillment timeframes.

1. Delivery Options & Calculation

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs for all orders—whether local or interstate—are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order dimensions, and weight.

  • Local Pick-Up: Buyers have the option for local pick-up at no additional cost for local orders.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries (Perth & Surrounds): Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days.

  • Interstate & Australia-Wide Deliveries (Outside WA): Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery schedules may vary depending on product availability, item size, and proximity to the delivery destination.

3. Delivery Guidelines & Terms

  • Online & In-Store Purchases: We deliver products purchased online at 2magpies.com.au as well as those bought directly in-store.

  • PO Boxes & Lockers: 2magpies does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

  • Accessibility & Safety: 2magpies will not deliver to places that are unreasonable to get to or destinations that we consider a safety risk for our drivers.

  • Delays & Communication: In the event of an unexpected delivery delay, we will notify the buyer promptly and provide options for resolution.
